Really good breakfast variety

it is a high quality and pleasant property located in northwest houston district next to other restaurants and many houston area attractions.

The staff was super friendly, the accommodation was pleasant and perfectly clean. The service here was good. It was nice to get ironing free of charge too. The hotel was in a good location very close to downtown Houston as well as great restaurants and shops...

good value , but limited amenities

The room was spacious , clean and exactly as expected for a basic stay. I appreciated the attentive staff who ensured I had everything I needed . The hotel's location was perfect for accessing various parts of the city within a short drive. The atmosphere was cute.

Some amenities could use enhancement to improve overall experience.

Everything was simply awesome. Fairly clean, fantastic value hotel, its location was marvellous and really close to shopping in Katy, great restaurants and shops and the church. Everyone working at this incredibly beautiful and nice property was nice.

the room was outstanding, the beds were comfortable.

The lack of daily cleaning and a surprising increase in my bill overshadowed our stay, leaving us frustrated despite the room's cleanliness.

The BBQ facilities were a nice touch for enjoying meals outdoors. Just a heads up, the mattress wasn't the best, but it didn't ruin my trip at all 🌞

Family with children, consider it

I checked out a couple of things. The pool area was cramped like they just stuffed it between buildings. At breakfast, they had some friendly guys working hard even if the food was subpar.

It wasn't cheap but I guess that's typical nowadays.

The mattress in our room was dreadful. It was old, and both my wife and I woke up in pain from sleeping in those giant dips. We spent the entire night tossing and turning, trying not to roll into the horrible hole in the middle of the mattress. A good night's sleep is crucial, and this mattress ruined it for us.

Good vibes and comfy stay

Spent 2 nights here and enjoyed it! The breakfast was way better than just muffins. There were eggs and waffles that rotated daily. The pool area was nice for chilling out. I gotta say though, the cleaning could've been a bit better around the edges. A decent spot on the west side of town.

The large room was clean and perfectly quiet. I was impressed with the friendly staff who made sure my needs were met.

My recent visit was due to a power outage at home, and I needed a place that was comfortable and accommodating. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my family and I had rooms next to the elevator, which really helped since I needed accessibility options. The cleanliness of the room was impressive, and despite the challenging circumstances, the experience was quite pleasant, especially thanks to the attentive staff. I would definitely recommend this place if you're in Houston.
